- Additional Sales Program
CBS has added many products of the CWS (Germany) Washroom-Hygiene-Product-Family to the own sales program.
- Distributor
CBS has again appointed Interturbine Logistik GmbH, Germany and SATAIR A/S, Denmark as Non-Exclusive Distributors for the aviation market.
- Non-Exclusive Distributor Contract
CBS has signed a non-exclusive Distributor contract with Interturbine Logistik GmbH.
- Non-Exclusive Distributor Contract
CBS has signed a non-exclusive Distributor contract with SATAIR A/S.
- Exclusive Distributor Contract
The exclusive Distributor contract with SATAIR A/S was terminated by CBS.
- New Managing Director
Mr. Hermann Reidel is no longer Managing Director of the company. Mrs. Jie Daus is the new Managing Director. The company's management consists now of the Managing Directors Mr. Carsten R. Daus and Mrs. Jie Daus.
- Airbus Supplier Approval
CBS - Carsten Daus GmbH has received approval by Airbus Deutschland GmbH as a confirmed supplier according to ISO 10005 in relation with DIN EN ISO 9100.
- Certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000
CBS - Carsten Daus GmbH was successful certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
- Distributor Contract with SATAIR A/S
We signed a distributor contract with SATAIR A/S. Starting on the 1st of May 2005, our B82X soap dispenser system for use in aircraft along with all the necessary spare parts and liquid soaps for them will be supplied by SATAIR A/S. This concerns routine orders as well as AOG, critical and expedite orders from airliners.
- Change of legal company form
The former company CARSTEN DAUS CBS was transformed into the new CBS - Carsten Daus GmbH starting from the 15th of February 2005. The company is represented by the Managing Directors: Mr. Carsten R. Daus and Mr. Hermann Reidel.
- Moved to new plant
The company moved to a new and larger location. Administration, production, sales and storage are now placed at one location in Hanau, Friedberger Str. 35.
- Change of business scope
Our scope of business has changed. The manufacture and sales of liquid soap dispensers amd foam soap dispensers as well as liquid soap is the new business scope.
- Company established
The company CARSTEN DAUS CBS located in Bruchköbel was established by Mr. Carsten R. Daus. The scope of business is the international trade.
